Pecan Caramel Cheesecake

A while ago Tammy at Tammy's Recipes posted about a Pecan Caramel Cheesecake she and her husband made. I knew my husband would love it and decided for his birthday I would make it.

Well, tomorrow is his birthday and I made this wonderful cheesecake. I had to make an adjustment since the top cracked but it sill turned out beautiful. I filled the crack with caramel and covered the top with crushed pecans.

He knows about it since a little 13 yr old birdy told him :0) but it still doesn't take away from the surprise.

It was relatively easy to make but then I think making cheesecakes are pretty easy. I don't make them that often since they are so rich, only special occasions. We really love another one Tammy made it has chocolate and caramel drizzled on it and is a chocolate dream to eat. I have made it several times and have never had a complaint. :0)
