Well another 2 week menu. I have made several of these items and frozen them already. And a couple of them I will be sharing the recipes later this week so come back and check them out if your interested. I have an overabundance of eggs since my ladies are laying so well right now. So of course I have incorporated them into meals.

Tacos chicken/refried bean
Fried Rice and Broc/chicken stir fry an egg is used in the fried rice recipe
Bacon Cheeseburger chicken in the crockpot with corn on the cob salad and rolls
This is very easy to make I put boneless chicken in the crockpot, bacon bits or crumble bacon on top, and then cheddar cheese, salt and pepper to taste, cook till done. Very good and easy
Red Beans and Rice the beans I will make them all at once the 1st time I make this meal
Pizza BBQ Chicken and Bacon Chicken peppers and onion pizza dough

banana muffins
breakfast cassarole
The more I make ahead of time the better and less stress I have also the less tempting it is to go out to eat. The green items are things I have made already and frozen.
I always like looking at other peoples menus, it gives me lots of good ideas. Whenever I sit down to write out my menu I always draw a blank! LOL!
