Apple Butter...

I made apple butter this morning, have never done it but, love it. We bought 4 bags of apples on sale a few weeks back and no one was eating them soooo what do you do. Well any number of things but last week we ate at a friends house and she had wheat biscuits and apple butter and so the idea popped in to do this. It was really simple and easy and I love apple butter so to have homemade it is even better.

We have been busy, school, life, is way to busy if I could figure a way to slow down I would. But it could be alot more hectic but its not. Its just busy for me, I don't like busy.

I love apple butter too, it is a fall tradition around here.
